Maltings and Berwick Creative Guild present an informal discussion about artist residencies.

Join us for presentations and discussions from a number of artists living and working in Berwick who have recently participated in a residency. Artists will discuss their approach to taking part in residencies, present work produced and reflect on how the taking part in a residency has informed their creative practice.

Artists include Claire Ward, Jim Grant and Anna Chapman Parker who undertook Skyboat Residencies at Marchmont House earlier this year, current Skyboat artist in residence Anya Bliss, collaborative performance project Durty Beanz who are current artist in residence with Maltings and Newcastle University and printmaker Morag Eaton who recently spent a month on residency in Lulea, Sweden with Swedish Lapland AiR and KKV Studios.
