We reserve the right to change the advertised programme, if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.
If you are unable to attend an event, tickets can be exchanged for a different performance.
If an event is rescheduled, we will transfer bookings to the new date.
If an event is cancelled, tickets can be exchanged for a different event.
All tickets and discounts are subject to availability. The Maltings (Berwick) Trust reserves the right to introduce discounts, price changes, artist and performance alterations without prior notification. You can find full details of current ticket prices on each event page.
We reserve the right to offer promotional discounts. Only one discount is available per ticket. Once a ticket is purchased, discounts cannot be made retrospectively.
A mandatory Capital Development Contribution fee of £1 is included in the advertised ticket price and goes directly towards helping The Maltings (Berwick) Trust’s on-going commitment to maintaining and improving its facilities.
Tickets purchased online or by telephone are emailed to the customer as e-tickets. IF you require a printed ticket to be produced and posted out to you, a £1.60 First Class P&P fee per transaction applies. Please note, that tickets purchased one week or less before an event cannot be posted, but can be collected from Box Office.
Please check that your tickets are correct (date and time) when you receive them as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
It may be possible to resell tickets through the Box Office, but only after The Maltings (Berwick) Trust’s full allocation has been sold. If resale is possible, a service and handling fee of £1 per ticket will apply.
We accept reservations for group bookings of 10 or more tickets, where there is a single group booker. Schools and organised group bookings should be made by contacting our Box Office directly. Group booking reservations must be paid in full 21 days before the event date.
Late arrivals will only be admitted if and when there is a suitable break in the performance, broadcast or film.
We reserve the right to refuse admission.
Our accessible ticket policy admits one free carer/companion ticket with each accessible ticket purchased.
Babes in Arms tickets: Children aged 2 and under have free entry to select Film screening and Live events, but do not get a chair to themselves and must sit on the knee of an accompanying adult. Babes in Arms tickets must be booked directly with Box Office.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to children aged 2 and under, if the show is deemed unsuitable for infants.
If the event is specifically made for children aged 2 and under, there may be a charge for their tickets. Please call our Box Office, if you are unsure and to avoid disappointment.
We have a No Dogs Policy in our venue, apart from Service Dogs.
Customer images may be captured for security, archival or publicity purposes. Any concerns should be raised with our Box Office team on arrival.

Portable technology is a part of everyday life, but the sounds made by these devices, and the illumination of screens can be very disruptive to performers and audience alike.
All electronic devices must be switched off or set to silent mode during all events, including films.
The use of photographic or recording equipment of any kind, at any event, is strictly prohibited.
